TikTok LIVE Talent Recruiter

Bear Talent is a UK-focused TikTok LIVE agency looking for a proactive, organised Talent Recruiter based in the Philippines to help grow our creator community.

You will find and approach potential creators, build relationships, and guide suitable applicants through our recruitment process. You will recruit both people already livestreaming on TikTok and beginners interested in getting started.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Researching suitable UK creators on TikTok and other relevant social platforms.
- Sending personalised outreach messages that explain how Bear Talent can support them.
- Managing replies, answering questions, and following up professionally.
- Checking suitability against our current recruitment requirements.
- Helping interested creators complete their applications.
- Keeping accurate records of prospects, conversations, and next steps.
- Coordinating handovers to our creator managers.
- Reporting weekly on recruitment results and suggesting improvements.
- Documenting successful approaches to help train future recruiters.

We are looking for someone with strong written English, good organisational skills, and experience in recruitment, social media outreach, sales, or community management. You should be comfortable starting conversations, building trust, and working independently. TikTok LIVE or creator recruitment experience is an advantage.

You will need reliable internet, your own suitable computer, and availability for agreed working hours that overlap with UK creator activity.

Success will be measured through qualified conversations, suitable applications, accepted creators, and the quality of your follow-up and recordkeeping. We value thoughtful outreach and strong relationships.
